Hi I own a 73 celica tourer (convertible), I'm hoping to get some names of good mechanics in tas that know a bit about ta22 s. I'm wanting to get it road registered shortly. It runs well and has not long run out of rego. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The photo didn't work. What i usually do is re size it using paint so i can then use the insert thing

welcome To the club. Nice to see a convertable LT, I now of a yellow one down here in Hobart. the owner of that one made a removable hard top, ugle as sin and very heavy. I was wondering if you could modify a factory fitted one. MX5, or Saab anything that came with a soft top. worth looking in to. Any auto trimmers should be able to work out a soft top for you.

Thanks, it is definetly a fun car to drive. I think we may have to make out own soft top.We have called a few places but they couldn't help. Can you recommend any auto upholsterers?

I'm down in Hobart, so probably not very useful but I will name a few Mcphersons Auto Trimmers, Supertrim, Pickles, Tas trim.
I still think a soft top off a factory car would be the go, just modify it to fit the Celica.

Thanks for your help. It would be an easier option to modify one. It has a bar built in so hopefully it wont take to much to modify one. I assumed everyone thought I was male haha!
