I went down to toyman to pickup the front bumper the other day, but he had these too...... So I bought them too, he didn't have the center panel, so if any one know of one lying around and would like to sell it let me know.

what about $80, I really need this. Can you post a picture of it please. Can you hold on to it until I have the cash. Was it you Stoney that went down to Dodges to look at the Celica's? I'm in the process of trying to clean up the lenses, they have whitened over the years, I have been using cutting compound but it doesn't work. any suggestions?

I googled Restoring Tail light lenses and they said to use 1500 grit wet and dry sand paper with a wax auto motive soap and water, then polish with a cut and polish wax. I gave it a go and it has come up ok. I then tried to fit them up to the car but they are to long the hole is to small, the bolt holes are ok but the light doesn't fit through the hole. I guess I will have to modify this till it fits. The center piece is the same I think.

Looks good I'll take it. how was your holiday? Now I can start measuring up what needs to be modified to get them to fit. Looks like its going to be pretty straight forward. I have found pis of a '72 Celica rear panel and It looks very similar. Here's a pic I know the light hole is longer and needs to be cut to fit the lights in, it's the center beaver panel I have doubts about. Thank for that Stoney. (parts guru) lol!

I polished the rest of the light surrounds looks good. I had a play around test fitting the lights this is what it will look like. I'm tossing up to buy that white beaver panel That I posted earlier on in the post, it's on Ebay, it's gone up to $200 bucks. But this will solve all the fitment issues. but also adds to the cost with paint as well.

Hey guys meguiars metal polish works well to clean up lenses for your lights a little less elbow grease required than sandpaper then polish

I have mounted the center Beaver panel now, I used a epoxy putty that sets rock hard in an Hour and sticks to anything. I have used short bolts and the putty to make up the pins like the old center panel. redrilled the hole in the car to fit and bobs your uncle the panel is mounted. I got this idea from Santos on 1st Gen Celica.
