As the title suggests I'm after pretty much all the interior vinyl to suit a TA22. I'd prefer black with the original stitching/trims but that's a long shot. As it stands I'll need both front door panels, and both rear quarter panels, and all seats front and rear.
Don't mind if it's not original- I've seen some pretty nifty restorations. As long as the whole set matches and is in good condition- if it needs restoring then that really defeats the purpose for me with my time constraints.
Feel free to sling me a message with whatever bits and bobs you might have- anything helps.
Cheers Frank

I have just competed a full retrim to my TA22 myself. I will retrim your car if you want. I will have to work out prices.

That'd be fantastic- let me know what you work out and we can take it from there. I'll check out your ride thread to admire your handiwork

I'm also very interested in knowing how you made that centre console armrest, I've been looking to make something similar.

I used aluminium sheet and bent it up, then welded the top to the sides. Then covered it in vinyl.

It will be around $850 for a full interior,(Front & rear seats, and Front& rear door cards). Thats $350 for materials and the rest for labour. It's about Two full days work, I'm charging 34 dollars an hour which is very cheap. The price will be different if you want more expensive materials. I have to work as well, so give or take about a month to finish.

You should make a build thread in the projects section or your own ride section. Would love to watch your ta22 in the build

Evan- how did you attach the aluminum box to the existing console? Does it just wedge in? If you've got any pictures of it id be interested to see them so I can replicate.
That's a very reasonable price, I'll have to accumulate savings though because I have been restoring the rest of the car which is a regular drain on the bank. Give me a couple weeks and I'll be ready to go.
If it's agreeable- I could do a deposit so you begin work then pay the remainder on completion?
Ta22hp- Yep build thread is coming shortly! Just waiting until she's finished enough to get photos of.

Also Evan- with the sides would you make the pieces off templates you have and then send just the fabric or does that include a completed item glued to the door interior panel (which I assume you'd have to make from another template also)?

I would like to have the full payment first as I will need the money to get the material. Do you have the seats and door cards, It would be great if you could drop them off as I can use them as a pattern. Its up to you which design you want for your car, I did the GT design but you can make up your own or just replicate whats in your car now. I will finish everything so they can be just bolted back in. Are you in hobart? What colour do you want the detail stitch to be? The center console bolts in with the seat belt anchors and there are bolt hole under the dash where the air vents bolt on to. most of the console is just wedge in.
