Always want a ride in one of these. They are the forgotten turbo 4WD's. Good luck with it mate.

I'm situated in Granton down south of Tassie. Where are you? What do you want done to your car?

Red is just the worst colour isn't it? mine isn't as bad as yours, but is very dull due to age, and really needs a good two or three coats of good colour polish to look good. What mods are you planning?

No MODs for this one, planning a completely concourse restoration the parts hunt has already started solved most of my needs in one spot Fortunately I had a lot of 184 parts that will be ok to use, in really good condition. Planned finishing approx date is end of 2016 (I hope)

How much did it cost you if you don't mind me asking? I could use a parts car before they start getting expensive, and just trying to work out roughly what it'd set me back.

Sorry for the late response, I bought this in QLD and it set me back 3000 (1200 shipping not included). Parts are available some new, I found that if its still available new from Toyota its cheaper to buy it through Amayama generally prices are half that of Co-op even including shipping that's a huge saving. I bought all the rubber induction pipes to the turbo for well under co-ops quote (the ones in my car were hard and the pipe on the turbo was cracked and sucking in unfiltered air). As far as the engine is concerned probably just do it stock because that's what I like Tracked down an OEM Radio/cassette/CD player and already bought a set of 5 factory mags that are at the wheel doctor getting restored.

And another. I'll post more when the whole job is complete, and some more after the car is complete some time next year.
